Looking for male/female roommate to share 2800square foot home in truckee(Tahoe donner) own bathroom and two living areas so quite enough room. Beautiful setting with large porch and endless trails across street. I’m here around 70 percent the rest in Napa. Have 2 1/2 and 8 yr old daughters that stay with me occasionally. Anyone interested and capable in helping with 2 1/2 year old once in awhile would be able to obviously get rent deduction commensurate with hours could do. Available immediately
