The room comes with a queen size mattress and box spring,it has a fairly large closet,I have one other roommate(female),you'll share the bathroom with her. You'll also have access to kitchen & refrig. I am a caterer,I'm also a very friendly, and respectful person,I smoke outside of my house or in the garage.
