I will be moving out soon. My lease is up in december but if you will be needing the room for the spring as well there is also 2 other rooms avail. for then if you know anyone. rent is only 450 a month. I am willing to negotiate my security deposit with you to make it cheaper so you can move in quickly! Utils are split and are about 30$ per 2 weeks if you split them that way. Thanks!
