Neighborhood pool, water/trash/cable included, patio, yard, microwave, stainless appliances, w/d in unit, attached garage. I am only home 7-10 days out of the month, max. Have a 4lb. dog that is there only sometimes. The community is conveniently located off I-75 North of the Wade Green exit and is close to shopping, restaurants, KSU & Town Center mall.
