I am a 25-year-old male college student, looking for a comfortable place to live in a relaxed environment with a friendly non-smoker housemate. I'm currently living a sober life, so light social drinkers ok (I won't mind if you crack open a beer now and then), but no heavy partyers please. I am fairly quiet, and I don't mind a little noise, so long as you don't blast Call of Duty on surround sound ;) and are NOT one of those people who leaves the TV on when they're not actually watching it.
