My fiancé and I are in our mid to late twenties. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat who are all sweet. We are looking for someone reliable, laid back, clean and mature. We have a 3 bedroom house and are looking for 1 roommate. You get your own bathroom. Wash/dry in unit. The rent is $350 each and does not include utilities. Electric, internet, cable, water and trash are all paid separately and are split evenly. No deposit required. Although, we do need a 30 day notice if you plan to depart. Available ASAP
