Detatched pool house, private bathroom and kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood at Lake Tobo in Macon. 3 miles from Macon State, and 15 minutes from Mercer. Have rented to students from both. I am a recent Mercer grad and drove to campus everyday from this location. Rent has been 500 in the past with no problems, but due to the need to fill the house so quickly I am only asking 450.
