I am a widow of 2 years trying to make ends meet in a big old house. I live alone with my 8 year old lazy dog. I'm laid back and accepting and non judgemental. I have a 4 bedroom upstairs. One room for rent up there. There's a small living room. I do not have cable as I don't watch tv.rent could be adjusted for that. All utilities included. Your own bathroom and pretty much your own place upstairs I only go up to shower. There's 2 up there. I have porch and huge yard
