One of the best neighborhoods in Holland. Off South Shore. Everything is furnished except the room for rent. I have everything for the kitchen from microwave, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender ect. There is a sun room that with a little work will be really nice. There is a room upstairs I have yet to decide what to do with. Either a another living room, game room or another bedroom. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, fire pit and more. We split utilities which average about 100-150
