3 bedroom house near AV mall. 2 guys living here already (25 and 28, both professionals working at NASA), looking for a 3rd room mate. Lease term 1 year. We have the master bedroom w/private bath available for $833/month OR a regular bedroom w/shared bath (shared with one other) for $783/month. We have central air, wifi, sling tv, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, pool & spa. Utilities are usually around $150ish per month (not included with rent). All common rooms are furnished.
