I'm a low-key, clean and respectful roommate, looking for the same. When inside I will be reading, baking, watching some TV, but will mostly be outside finding some activity to do(I'm keen on running at the moment). Don't drink, occasional evening cannabis user. I'm going to be attending CMC Leadville, so living with other students would be cool, but it's not a huge preference.
