Hello! I am a young 57 yo that has spent the last 14 yrs in a relationship and now I/he wants out. I just need a bedroom, bathroom, and use of the kitchen. Anything else would be a bonus! I would also like room to put my workout station in my room or in the garage. In keeping this short I am an easygoing guy who gets along with everyone.
