It's a house in Farmers Branch, off of Josey and Valley View. Real cute, about 1600 sq. Feet, all hardwood floors. Rent is $625, and bills come to about $175 a month, but I'm working on reducing the cable bill. :) You would have your own room and full bath. I'm a 26 year old female working as a graphic designer in Dallas. My dogs are a blue healer, Joey, and a boxer, Chandler. Both are very sweet and usually quiet.
