Summary

Just a simple guy, looking for a good roommate. I recently rented a house out with two friends. That was a disaster. They both never paid their part of the bills on time. They constantly asked the landlord for extensions on their part of the rent. I always pay on time. They left the house a mess and would disapear for a couple of days. They didn't have jobs either though. I've never been late on anything. Have good credit scores, even though I'm 22.
