Fully furnished second floor of a two-family home. Private bedroom, shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, fenced back yard. I am a 49 year old professional woman. Currently doing a guardianship for my friend's 16 year old daughter so I'm at her house most of the time (about 80%). I'm usually home on the weekends to do laundry and just relax a bit. Non-smoker with no pets due to severe allergies. I enjoy long naps and good conversations as well as reading and sewing.
