Im Collin and Im 27 and single.i pretty much keep to myself. Im a very busy person. Im an electrician through the union. Im looking for a responsible person to rent a room. Its a larger room and has brand new laminate flooring and fresh Grey paint. Its 12x12 with a large Closet. The rest of the house is open for use. Almost everything in the house has been remodeled. There is places for storage. Very large back yard with 2 Decks and a above ground pool. Its on a country road.
