I am looking to find a room mate that would like to split rent and does not mind that I have two pre-teen girls. Both girls are incredibly thoughtful and well behaved. I am prior military (10 years), and I utilizing my GI Bill to finish out my degree. I do have a steady source of income outside of my GI Bill.
