Quiet to semi quite is good, no children on reg basis, one pet westie dog very sweet and well behaved, thinks she"s human. i cook for my dog to maintain a diet sev smll meals for easy digestion. I'm an artist so I'm tidy and a little bit cluttered, clean yet not a neatnik in my own private space. I would like to have space for my work if possible depends on liveing arrangement terms, could actually use two rooms if price is right.
