I do have a smaller room also open asking 400.00 a month for that. all rooms cable ready you would be responsible for the cable box which runs 6.25 a month and any pay perviews purchaced electric runs from 220.00 to 240.00 with 2 people here if it exceeds 265 i would ask to split overage. im a manager at budweiser, not home much and recently divorced.
