Husband and I are renting a room in our home. If you need a bed I have one I can set up and it has never been used. We have dogs. They are pretty chill couch potatoes. Lol. Looking for someone who is quiet for the most part but friendly. We will respect one another’s privacy. I keep the house pretty cool. You would chip in on electricity but water sewer trash paid by us. If you want to use the internet you can chip in for that. We are really easy going people. We don’t want smokers, no pets.
