WOMEN ONLY PLEASE. $1000 per month (includes all utilities, bills, access to the whole house - living room, tv lounge, kitchen, laundry, backyard, walking trails, etc). Smart home with security system in place, surveillance on street and neighborhood. Safe area! Large home with other roommates. You will be expected to clean up after yourself and keeping the common areas tidy. Your bedroom will be on the first floor right next to a bathroom (not inside the room).
