Summary

Commuting executive needs single room for Monday nights to Thursday nights, very occasional weekends. I travel a lot so room is sometimes not used during the week. Would like to pay less than $300 per month. Would put a small refrigertor in the room and probably a microwave. Prefer a separate bathroom but not essential. The house must be clean. A basement would be fine. I am an ideal tennant, you will not even notice me being there.
