Looking to rent a 10'x 13'bedroom with private bathroom,also kitchen rights, utilities included . yes cable and internet. Must be respectful I have a dog grooming business on the property. Must be dog friendly. Looking for someone 30 yrs and older Male or female.Need security 1000.00 and a months rent 1000.00. We can sign a month to month lease to see if things work out.
