Summary

I am looking for a room to rent, casual, somewhere close to school, and a place I can live where I may have a guest over maybe once a week. I spend most of my time at school and studying. I am a musician, but usually at school and side gigs on the weekends, but some work at home is required. Quiet is how I would be describe me, but I am a people person, but I know from past expereinces that people have to be compatable, I usually get a long with most everyone I meet. I need a nice place to live.
