It is 2 BR 2 bath apt w/D included Its lovely area with dog park behind apt. I prefer no pets. The avail br has walk in closet. Apt is very close to sll shopping. I am smoker. Only smoke outside / patio. It is avail 9/1 it is negotiable. You will also have to pay 1/2 electric. It has varied $60-$123 i have direct tv 2 boxes BR has cable connection but I suggest direct tv or streaming sevices. My LR tv is avail to share.
