About this household
Me and one other guy have a nice 3 bedroom duplex between UNI campus/college hill and downtown Cedar Falls. It's on the main floor, spacious and very spacious so there's room for even more furniture if needed. Rent is $310 a person with WiFi and cable included. A average utilities would be about $50. We can make exceptions for some pets. I could send a video of the place.
