I am 51 years old and a retired veteran of 32 years of service. I am looking for a room to rent for 6 to 12 months. I live in Phoenix, AZ and will be working in Vegas for at least one year. I will most likely be coming home, to Phoenix, once a month. I am respectful, clean, quiet, tidy, and handy around the house and yard. I love to play golf and will be working 5 days a week and hopefully the gym afterwards, golf on the weekends. I am married and I have 2 homes in AZ.
