I am a mature single man that respects other peoples space. I am on a fixed monthly income but also write articles for a nationally syndicated electronics hobby magazine working from home. I recently moved back to texas and I am kind of starting over in a way and don't have many belongings so I require very little space. I don't have a car so it is important to find some place close to shopping. I do need to have an internet access for my writing.
