My fiance' and I have a room in our apartment for rent. Methodist University, resturantes, wal-mart, bars, atms, hair salons, gas stations, laundromat, and bus stops are all in a two to five minute walking distance. Currently, $800 upfront covers all utilities, use to everything in the apartment including the computer, rent for September, October, and the 15th of November if you move in this month. We may be able to work with you financially if its reasonable. He works & I'm a full-time student.
