I live in a second floor apartment across the street from the CMU campus. It's two bedrooms, two bath, so we each get a private bathroom. The apartment is already fully furnished. Private laundry. Utilities usually work out to $40 per person each month and wifi is $33 per person each month. Parking is never a problem. I'm a recent graduate from the CMU nursing program and currently work as an RN at St. Mary's. I'm very relaxed and quiet and I like to keep things neat.
