Furnished, shared house, Wifi, Roku TV, Central heating, laundry facilities, back porch if you smoke, parking spot, centrally located in Traverse City. Two roommates, quiet, adult (62 & 56), very low-key, we keep to ourselves. Three cats that come and go outside. Short term rental only - till end of March or April at the very latest.
