I am looking for a reasonably neat and quiet person to rent a room in my home, about a mile from Lake Lanier in Flowery Branch. I share my home with my son (23 years old). You would have access to the entire house, and you would be able to store some items in the garage. You would share a restroom with my son. House sits on 3/4 acres. A cat is ok as long as it is housebroken. No dogs, please. A background and credit check would be required. I am not looking for perfect credit, just not horrible
