Hello I’m Violet and my daughters name is Mandi. We both live here. We are 420 friendly. What we expect in a roommate is. Clean,dependable, pay bills on time, must love animals, respect where they live and has no problem helping out. We have 2 rooms available 1st room rents for 200.00 a month and split the bills with who ever lives here and the other larger room rents for 300.00 plus split the bills.
