I am moving up to Chicago from Champaign-Urbana (the place with the university). Full disclosure, I don't already have a job lined up, but I have quite a bit saved up and I'd be willing to pay a few months' rent up front if it would help. I've been very cautious about COVID and get tested regularly, and I don't tend to invite guests or make too much noise, so I don't anticipate any problems there.
