1 11'x10' Bedroom in a 2 bedroom house available. Room has fairly large closet and 2 windows in the corner. The house was remodeled around 3 years ago and I have been the only tenant for that duration. It is still in great shape with new tile, casing, base, paint, doors etc...The house has large, grassy backyard with a koi pond, hammock and cinder block walls. I am a 27 year old male professional working 50 hrs a week and am not home much during weekdays. Not much of a partier.
