Wooded & off the beaten path but only 10-15 min to I 40. I have a Foxhound/2 cats, very small fenced in back yard. Great landlord, few neighbors, usually quiet. Honesty, fairness, respect and TRUST a must!, No hard rock or loud music please. Private bdrm/private bath, kitchen, washer/dryer access, TV & stand in your bedroom. Bed provided.
