My husband and I currently have 2 rooms for rent in the central Pensacola area. The first room is currently furnished with a twin bed, a 7-drawer dresser and a 27" TV on a entertainment stand. The room has a standard size closet and access to the bathroom and hallway from this room. 400.00 for a single person or 450.00 for a couple.
