I'm going to IUP as a musical theater major. I'm looking for a roommate who doesn't mind if I smoke in the apartment, who doesn't mind if I occasionally have friends over (we never get too rowdy). Someone I can get along with and who doesn't mind some clutter (I will always pull my weight in chores, though). Also, I don't think I'll be making much money, so I can't afford anything above the range of dirt-cheap.
