USMC veteran with small disability pension, several appointments weekly at the VA and involved in ministry activities. Looking for a relatively quiet residence on or very near bus stop. NO drugs or alcohol use, tobacco smoking is ok. I am planning to get a dog or two so "pets allowed" is a must.
