Hi y'all. I am a PhD student researching in a medical field. Transferred to the FIU from Tennessee 6 weeks ago. Currently I have a month-to-month rent agreement and I'm looking forward to move. Looking for a place some how conveniently located close to the FIU south campus or the beaches. I am very friendly and laid back but also know how to respect people's own spaces and just expect the same courtesy in return.
