Looking for someone to take over our lease starting in June. Pet fee is already paid for one pet. The lease is until the end of August. At that time you can either resign the lease for another 6-12 months or move. Our jobs are in another state and we don't want to have to be paying on two places. The complex has a 24 hr gym and club house, 2 pools, onsite w/d and w/d connection in unit, tennis court, etc. Gas fire place, walk in closet, plenty of storage, large bedrooms. 423-355-
