About this household
It’s a nice, three story brick house with tenants on all levels. We are on the top floor, so must be willing to deal with a few sets of stairs. Landlord lives next door. On-street parking, or a shared driveway in back (hardly ever used by anyone but us). Our entrance is in the back of the house. Very spacious (and currently unused) living room, small kitchen and dining area. Bedroom is spacious, with decent closet space. Laundry in the basement ($2.50 per load, wash and dry).
