We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the historic district of South Scottsdale. The house has a pool, front and back yard. The house has been totally remodeled inside all the way down to the door knobs. The room is a decent (12X13) and has a completely remodeled private bath. Our neighborhood is pretty quiet and very safe. We are minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and ASU, and walking distance to Papago Park.
