I'm a 42 yr old blk military man w/ 4 kids in house ages are m18, f17, m16 and m9. Only renting 1 room, but have two rooms to choose from. Master upstairs (large walk-in closet) $500 or smaller room downstairs (sliding door closet) $400 both rooms will include private bath. It could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.Gated community near Ft Hood, shopping and hwy. Shared common areas with W/D. All utilities, wifi and TV box included.
