I have two rooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom home. Full access to the kitchen and use of laundry facilities. Looking for mature and responsible adults who possess good communication skills. There is no smoking IN the home. Dogs are ok as long as they aren’t aggressive and are potty trained. There is a fenced yard. Also not a party house. Interviews are a must first. To each their own with groceries. Must be tidy. Utilities are included in rent.
