About this household
We have a bedroom with private bathroom. The room is unfurished. You will have access to the kitchen and washer/dryer. We are asking for a deposit of 250.00 and a small admin fee of 30 dollars. The admin fee will not be due until before you sign the lease. Also we are smokers but only do outside. We are looking for someone fairly young with a decent job. Someone that is not a big party person and can be respectful of our childern. We are a military family and live in a very safe neighborhood.
