Great view from two large windows. Rent includes all utilities, cable, AC, parking, use of washer/dryer, kitchen. Good bathroom, large shower. Home is very quiet; suits grad. students, foreign students or young adult professionals. Landlord/landlady are very nice professors; have two other quiet, male tenants.
