About this household
I have a furnished or unfurnished room for rent. If you need furnished, it comes with a double bed, large closet and wood floors. The home is a 3 bedroom ranch style home with landscaped front and back yard. Full use of the common areas to include kitchen. I work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday at a local radio station, so I'm only home at night. The rent includes utilities and is located near the corner of Scenic Drive & 10th street with spectacular views of the San Andreas & Sacramento Mountains
