Bedroom is 12X14 with one wall of closet space (huge closet). Your own bathroom is also the guest bathroom. Home is completely furnished and room can be furnished ($750) or unfurnished ($700). Security deposit of $350. Association also requires background check including a non-refundable $100 fee.
