Hi there! My name is Nicole. I have two dogs & live in a little cottage home close to downtown San Antonio. There is one other roommate who is also very clean. This room is furnished! There is one shared bathroom with plenty of storage. There is a washer & dryer available. Common areas are shared. I don’t have parties at the house, non smoker. Street parking is available and bus line is just a block away. Close to downtown & 1-35/ hwy 90. Rent will be paid on the first of every month.
